Broccoli is a power food, serving up big doses of Vitamin A (eye health), Vitamin B6 and folate (growth and brain development) and fiber (healthy digestion). Vitamin K also helps develop cognitive skills and brain function.

Mushrooms are full of healthy nutrients, providing fiber, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals and B vitamins, which strengthen the immune system.

Peas are also fantastic sources of B vitamins, especially B6 and folate, and fiber. They’re full of protein and Omega-3, as well as iron and zinc.

Quinoa is a plant-based protein that contains iron, protein, Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids (heart health), calcium (strong bones) and B vitamins (energy).

Our meals grow alongside your child. From smooth purees at 4 months old to full meals as a toddler, nami introduces your baby to different textures at different milestones. Every child is unique, so feel free to mix stages and flavors to meet your baby’s blooming taste buds.



12M+: Now a toddler at 12 months old, your little one can enjoy even more ingredients and texture added, with visible bits of vegetables so they can hands-on get to know their food and different ingredients.

Every meal can be served hot or cold based on your little ones preference.

For a hot meal, it’ll take no more than 5 minutes:

1. Remove the seal from the meal.

2. Take the meal out of the container and place it into a pot or pan. Heat the pan on the stove for 2 minutes on a low fire. You don’t need any oil or butter to heat up the meal, but if you prefer to, we recommend a dash of rapeseed oil.

Or

Place the meal in a microwave safe container and heat up in the microwave for 1 minute, 30 seconds.

3. Always make sure to taste the food before serving it to make sure it’s the perfect temperature.

Note: Our packaging isn’t safe to use in an Au Bain Marie or microwave heating.
