Beetroot is full of vitamins, along with folic acid and Vitamin B11. It also improves blood flow to the brain, benefiting brain function.

Carrots are a go-to source for Vitamin A, promoting healthy skin and healthy vision, along with mucus membranes, creating a big boost to your baby’s immune system.

Quinoa is a plant-based protein that contains iron, protein, Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids (heart health), calcium (strong bones) and B vitamins (energy).

Parsley is rich in antioxidants, and contains Luteolin, improving metabolism and acting as an anti-inflammatory. It’s also rich in vitamins C, A and K, helping to strengthen bones and immune system.

Our meals grow alongside your child. From smooth purees at 4 months old to full meals as a toddler, nami introduces your baby to different textures at different milestones. Every child is unique, so feel free to mix stages and flavors to meet your baby’s blooming taste buds.



7M+: For growing babies from 7 months old, we add in more ingredients and a little bit more texture.

Every meal can be served hot or cold based on your little ones preference.

For a hot meal, it’ll take no more than 5 minutes:

1. Remove the seal from the meal.

2. Take the meal out of the container and place it into a pot or pan. Heat the pan on the stove for 2 minutes on a low fire. You don’t need any oil or butter to heat up the meal, but if you prefer to, we recommend a dash of rapeseed oil.

Or

Place the meal in a microwave safe container and heat up in the microwave for 1 minute, 30 seconds.

3. Always make sure to taste the food before serving it to make sure it’s the perfect temperature.

Note: Our packaging isn’t safe to use in an Au Bain Marie or microwave heating.
